Iran unveils 8 Nuclear Industry Products in their 19th National Nuclear Technology Day in Tehran

President Masoud Pezeshkian attended an exhibition showcasing nuclear advancements as Iran celebrated its National Nuclear Technology Day by revealing eight new products.
On Wednesday, Iran’s nuclear chief, Mohammad Eslami, along with a group of senior officials, as Iran unveils 8 Nuclear Industry Products, accompanied Pezeshkian during his visit to the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) in Tehran.
Showcased are Iran's accomplishments in the fuel cycle, energy and electricity production, heavy water and its derivatives, radiopharmaceuticals, plasma technology, radiation applications, and other related advanced technologies.
It features pavilions that display domestic innovations in areas such as airborne geophysics, exploration and operational projects of uranium mines, yellow cake production, uranium processing, pellet and fuel complex production, and the enrichment process.
One part focuses on presenting projects associated with nuclear power plants, covering the advancement in building Units 2 and 3 of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, a report on the electricity generation rate of Unit 1 of Bushehr, Iran's first nuclear power plant, an update on the construction of the Karoun nuclear power plant, the localization of constructing power and research reactors, and the design and production of spare parts needed for the Bushehr power plant.

Another section focuses on the production of heavy water and deuterium compounds, the creation of radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear measurement devices, the advancement of plasma technology, the application of radiation in medicine and agriculture, blood irradiation, the manufacture of industrial accelerators, and emerging technologies like quantum and quantum technologies.
In recent years, Iranian scientists have achieved significant advancements in peaceful nuclear technology, despite the sanctions imposed by Western countries.
Iran is celebrating its national day for the 18th year to commemorate its achievements in the nuclear industry.
